Strange problem LTE/4G only in 1st sim

I am on OOS 3.2.4 oneplus 3 rooted twrp 3.0.2.1 in 1st slot I have Jio 4G and in 2nd slot I have Vodafone 4G . I found a strange bug or problem when I switched mobile data to 2nd sim range and signal of 1st sim goes completely. And when I switched mobile data to 1st sim, 2nd sim works fine.
