'Lyf phone hotspot' get restarted randomly when connecting it with OP X CM 13.0

Hi , I have a strange problem with my OP X. When I connect my OP X CM 13.0 21.08.2016 build with 'Lyf phone hotspot' the hotspot get restarted randomly. Then I switched to OOS 2.2.2 it is working fine. I connected with other phones and laptop it is working fine. I visited Lyf care and they also said Lyf phone is working fine they also didn't have any problems.
Plz help me to solve my problem. Screen recording of Lyf phone is attached.
